Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California
Only mistake made was trusting my Realtor
I worked closely with Realtor I communicated with months prior to actually seeking my ''dreamhouse'' and he termed my needs as a ''turnkey'' house since definitely I didnt want any needed repairs. He insisted on doing the home inspection himself and in the end never disclosed the tremendous degree of damages and needed work. So much is broke, stolen by sellers, in need of repairs. He never furnished me with any documents prior to rushing me through the close of escrow papers and then he'd already completed all forms and merely forced me to sign. He later changed answers I had noticed and altered. Much more of course. I need help.

Everything depends on the disclosures on the documents you signed as well as documentation of the problems you incurred. We handle cases all over California. Please contact our office if you want us to review your documentation. We can then consult over the phone or e-mail. My phone number is 714 363 0220.
Re: Only mistake made was trusting my Realtor
I have a problem with your story. What benefit would your real letter half in taking over matters which others would do much better??? He still going to get his commission on the sale and that's paid for by the seller. What will his benefit be. I would have to see all of the documentation to better understand what was disclosed and not, and who disclosed everything. What the contingencies were and who actually did the inspections. Most importantly what is the expertise of the people who now say your house is infested. Many more questions and my advice is to immediately get yourself an attorney who is an expert in real estate law. Only he/she can help you.I have been practicing law in the San Francisco Bay area for approximately 35 years and expert in the area in the category in which your question is placed. I feel I can help you in this matter and if you wish to consult with me please contact me at 925-945- 6000.

Re: Only mistake made was trusting my Realtor
I think your Zip Code must be in the Sacramento area. You can probably find a real-estate attorney there who would take your case on a contingency or partial contingency basis, and in real estate matters it is usually more effective to use an attorney in the same county where the property is located. You seem to have a strong case for compensatory damages and I would predict that a well-prepared lawsuit would result in negotiations for an out-of-court settlement. If you can't find anyone or prefer not to shop around for an attorney, I could handle this for you; I have other clients in the Sacramento area and visit there often to file corporate documents and deal with state agencies.
Re: Only mistake made was trusting my Realtor
assuming that these facts are provable (if he did these things, he may well have covered his tracks as well), you may well have a case against your realtor for broker negligence and/or malfeasance. get your documents and evidence together for whatever lawyer you choose, and have the attorney review the same. good luck
