Who is "they" - park management or your neighbors? What are they doing that amounts to harrassment? Did you move this home in unannounced? Does it comply with the park rules and local zoning?

The mobile home park management can evict you and place a lien on your home and sell it. This usually only happens when a tenant fails to pay rent or utilities timely and it would be part of an eviction process. They can also evict you for creating a nusiance on more than one occasion or anything else they consider a breach of the rental agreement or the park rules.
