It depends on what they are doing. Are there actions lawful and how are they interferring with the sale. Have the buyers met the park's qualifications, have they been approved by the park?

I wouldn't know how to answer this question without information regarding the nature of the interference and the park management's reasons. It may be fully justifiable, marginally justifiable, or totally unfair........but we would need substantial additional facts to form any opinion or to suggest solutions.
