Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

We own a mobilehome in a mh park which we have been unable to sell and continue to pay full park fees. We have a reliable frined who would like to live in it and take care of it and potentially buy it but the park says we can't. WE never received an addendum to the original agreement with the new ownership. Is this legal?

You should consult with an attorney who can examine the original agreement and see if this restriction was in the agreement or not. If you never received the addendum, you may have to find out why.
