,mold in my condo discovered 5 days after closing. What a my rights? The condo building had several plumbing problems not disclosed my the buyer agent

What did the Transfer Disclosure Statement say about the plumbing? If it made no disclosure of a known problem, then the seller and most likely his agent are responsible for the mold removal. Have you gotten a cost for the removal?

I agree, and would add: (A) 99% of "mold" in buildings is non-toxic, harmless mildew, but this doesn't mean you shouldn't have tests made; and (B) excess moisture is the cause, and cleaning up the mold without correcting the moisture problems will lead to re-occurence.
