mold in the house
this is a problem that has been reported as far back as aug.01 a leak under the bathtub has caused mold to form in the walls of our rental the manager is not returning calls and refusing to fix it becouse we rent. there are 3 persons with asthma 2 are children we just found out. we need help 909-727-0111 thank you--name removed--owens

Mr. Koenen is correct with his advise to you. You should keep records of everything and you may have a civil law suit against the owner. Mold has become a serious issue in real estate. There are some molds that can be toxic.
The fact that you rent increases his level of responsibility. Contact the local health services department for the city or county in which you live. If there is any kind of rent control in your area, contact them as well.
They will pay a visit to you, and if the propblem is serious, they will issue an order to the landlord to correct the problem.
