Mold and leaky roof in a leased house
Me and 5 of my friends recently moved into a house in Pasadena as of December 15 and ever since the rains started we have found serious mold problem in one room and maybe more mold in other rooms. in addition to that our roof is wet due to a leaky roof which we have already complained about and was told it was fixed. we have all been sick for the past two weeks and aren't sure if it is just due to a flu virus or due to the mold. We are concerned and not to happy about how they are handling the problems. what are some options for us maybe in not paying rent or if we can get our security back and move out or anything to help solve the problem because we are all quite tired of feeling sick and don't want it to get worse

Contact an attorney that does mold cases for plaintiffs. Take pictures of the damage and mold. Take these pictures with you to the consultation.
