You have not asked a question. Generally, an improper notarization will not result in the deed of trust being invalid.

I don't believe there's any basis upon which a recorded deed of trust could be successfully attacked in court when incorrect notarization is discovered years later, especially if no fraud was committed at the time the DofT was executed.
