Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California
My mother and I own the house
My mother and I own the house. She put the down payment but has not done anything to help me with the monthly mortgage, bills related to the house, repairs to the house, and she does not and has never lived in the house. I live in the house and take care of all of the above. I am having a hard time maintaining the house and the payments by myself and want to sell. My mother will only sell if she can take everything and leave me with nothing. What can I do?

Sell and split with her, if she refuses, force it.
