Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California
My mother unknowingly signed my sister in law as part owner of family property, sister in law tricked her. Sister in law is refusing to reverse. It is a grant deed. Thanks for advise.

Unless you can talk the sister in law into signing a grant deed back, your mother is going to have to hire a lawyer and sue the sister in law. If you mother is old enough to qualify, she may have grounds to sue for elder financial abuse as well as to reverse the deed.
