Does a motor home [for which the situated land is leased but for which the motor home owner pays annual property tax] constituted real property; for purposes of statues of Frauds involving an oral contract?

A "motor home" is a vehicle that is drivable on the freeways. So, it is not real property. A "mobile home", however, is considered real property for purposes of the statute of frauds. You wouldn't be talking about a mobile home, would you?
