Do I have to submit a written 30-day notice at the beginnig of month six to move out at the end of month six even though I signed six month lease?

Check your lease to confirm, but normally the lease ends automatically at the end of the lease term without notice by either party.
It's always wise to give a notice, anyway.
Re: move out laws
Wouldn't hurt. However, it isn't necessary unless the lease provides for a required notice of termination. So read your lease. If you stay beyond the six months. Then the lease normally converts to a month to month tenancy. Again check the written terms.

I would send the notice, as many leases have language converting them to month-to-month tenancies at the end, so you may not be able to get out without giving your written 30-day notice.
