I need to move as soon as possiable due to harassment from neighbors. I owe 136,000 on my mortgage. The assessed value is 132,000. What are my options to get out of this mortgage. Selling will take long.I am financialy ok at this time. latest credit score 769

You could consider renting your place and moving into a rental elsewhere as an interim measure. Prices are starting to rise and I'd like to see as many folks as possible avoid a panic or pressure sale, or defaulting on an under water property that may be high and dry in 6 to 18 months. Look into a rental situation.
