Neighbors selling drugs

I have neighbors that I believe to be selling drugs, I was

told that the apartment was searched once before and the guy

went to jail, however from what I have seen it is obvious to

me they are still selling and using, and the manager is

aware of this. They also have two small children. I am bound

in a year lease and i absolutely hate the area. What can
