If you have a non-renter living in your home,do you have to give a30 days notice to move if they,ve never paid rent and you never charged,them any?

The person is considered legally to be a "guest" so you can tell them to leave whenever you want, although you would have to give them a reasonable time to gather their possessions, if any, in order to go. If they do not leave then they are trespassing and you can ask the police to remove them [the police do not like to get involved in what they feel is purely a civil dispute]..
