BEFORE ME, A Notary Public for and in the _______________________, Province of Los Angeles, California, U.S.A, this 17th day of March, 2010, personally appeared the above-named persons, who has satisfactorily proven to me their identity through their identifying documents written below their name and signature, that they are the same person who executed and voluntarily signed the foregoing Special Power of Attorney, which he/she acknowledged before me as his/her free and voluntary act and deed.

If You were really a Notary Public, you would know the answer to this question. You would also know that there are no political subdivisions of the U.S. known as "provinces." My best guess is that a notary would write "City of Glendale, County of Los Angeles, California." Most California notaries also insist on providing their own jurat forms (a jurat is what the notarial acknowledgment form is called) and you would be wasting your time filling one out in advance.
I can't tell you, because that language is not a valid notary acknowledgement in California. You must use the language in Civil Code section 1189 exactly.
