Notification of Balloon Payment coming due

Does California law require the beneficiary of a seller carryback loan on unimproved property to notify the Trustor of a balloon payment coming due?

A brief check of WestLaw shows that most, if not all, laws applying to prior notice of a balloon payment's approaching due date apply to loans on improved residential property.
