Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California
How do you get the offical documents shown on my Title that are easements related ? On my title, there are all these exceptions easements that state offical document Book ###### , Page ####, where are those to be found those official documents for like SCE and WATER and COX an Sewer?
I am in Los Angeles Co, Norwalk has our Deeds. But where are these ? I tried to order them but they say the book and map are wrong

You have to go down the the main County Recorder's office for help with that.
