I've been asking office to fix mailbox and washing machine for 2 weeks, and vent

I have a 6 month lease which is over April 31. My washing machine is broken for the 2nd time and my mailbox has been broken into (along with many other tenants) for months. They fixed both problems once before, a few months ago. Both are broken again and have been for 2 weeks. Now Im pregnant and the vent fans in our bathrooms transfer air from our attached neighbors. They smoke cigarettes in their bathroom and I can smell it all day. It is making me throw up since Im pregnant. I have a 2 year old that is also breathing in this smoke. I can smell food everytime they cook. Its awful. I have gone into the leasing office everyday and requested the mailbox and washer be fixed everyday for the past 2 weeks. And now the smoke is driving me crazy. It 45 degrees outside, yet I have to keep a window open so I can breathe. My bathroom walls are dripping with a brown liquid from the smoke that I have cleaned up twice. No one in my apartment smokes. What are my rights? What can I do and/or request/demand? My lease is up in 2 1/2 months. Is it worth it to demand it all now? I am seriously getting sick because of my apartment. Thank you so much for your help and feel free to email me. I can see that you really want an excuse to break your lease, but the reasons you've suggested are, unfortunately (and in my opinion only), not sufficient. Sorry.

If it's any consolation, you probably get relief a day earlier than April 31, which doesn't exist.
