Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

I have owned a home for the last 6 yrs. i got married 8 months ago and my fife purchased a home that i have no interest in and we currently live in. i rent out my home. can i still use my home as my primary residence even though i live in my wifes home?

Absolutely not! How can it be any type of residence for you when you do not live there; since you rent the whole house out, you do not even have the legal right to live there.
