owner at time of foreecloser sale

Reconvance Company sent me a letter saing i was owner at time of forclosher sale. and that money was owe me for surpluss funs. but i didnt except because noforcloser file against me bank in meger prosses and bank no answer to my demand to pay off loan are funds still aviable

It's difficult to tell from your question what is happening. Is it possible you were foreclosed on, but you didn't receive notice? If so, call a lawyer right away.
