my parents had 3 acres of raw land (12,500. value) as joint tenants dad passed in 2001 & mom just passed an they did not have a will. how do I put the land in my name?

I would suggest an affidavit of death of joint tenant coupled with a small real property estates affidavit. Seek an estate and probate attorney to help you do this. Some court involvement will be required.
