Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California
my Parents asked each of their children to build on their acreage. I was the only child who responded to ther plea and moved 3500 miles away from a good job for the adventure to build a home next to my parents off the grid. 13 years and aprox $200k investment into my home later and my parents want to sell the land and my home goes with it but they are claiming my home and don't plan to compensate me at all for it and the many fruit trees, gardens and fencing that I planted on the property. How can I not lose my only home to them? Also in addition they threatened to charge me back rent for my own home That I built when there was no rental agreement made in the beginning.

This is not a problem you will be able to solve on this online forum. Go see an attorney. You may have to sue your parents for the value of the house.
