Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California
My parents are having trouble paying a mortgage twice as high as any house around them. They remodification but that only let to a slight drop and starting over. I send them money just to reach amount every month, i wish I could do more but Im deployed over seas and all i want is some advice and people who can help keep the life and home my parents have already worked for. Who do I get a hold of?

Twice as high? That would be unusual, especially if the neighborhood is one where the houses are of more or less equal value. Maybe your parents have done something unusual, or have an unusual financing scheme. Giving you some practical help will, however, require much more in the way of particulars.
