Parking of junk cars

I'm soon to purchase a duplex with a parking area in back. its presently occupied by non-operating vehicles. could you please point me in the right direction to order these vehicles removed. (L.A. city ordinances) & how to access these ordinances. thanks..

if the cars are owned by tenants not on a lease you can modify the rental agreement with 30 days notice to forbid the parking of the junk cars. If the cars are not owned by tenants then they are trespassing so just call the cops and have them towed.
