Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

payment

Who do I contact when the mortage company says my payment was reverased, however my bank and I gave them proof saying that it was not reverased. Several calls was made to the mortage company with not action being taken as of yet.

Send a written letter with documentation from your bank to your mortgage company, or have a lawyer do it for you.

Just keep your proof of payment and continue making your payments. If a late payment or default is reported to any of the three big credit reporting agencies, contest the report in writing providing a copy of your proof of payment.
