too many pets per homeowners association
We own and live in a single family home in a development. We've had two small dogs for the past several years. Recently a new resident in the community has complained, as the by laws only allow for one. Since it's a single family home, which we own, and have had both dogs for several years, can the association start assessing a fine, per the bylaws?
