Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

I am a plaintiff in a federal civil suit. Judge ruled on a motion to dismiss but only named one Defendant on the ruling. I want to appeal the ruling, but because the ruling is only as to one Defendant (out of 4), is this ripe for an appeal as to that Defendant only? or it is not ripe for an appeal because there is no final adjudication of the case? I need to know if I can file an appeal as to that particular defendant only.

Since it is a final ruling on a party it should be appealable as to that one party..
