Pool accident on property
Can you tell me if a drowning on a property in Califonia must be disclosed to a potential buyer. The child was taken to the hospital where he could not be revived. The death was 4 years ago.

There is a very simple rule to live by ... if you need to ask the qustion "Should this be disclosed?', the answer is "YES!"
Disclosure laws in California require the disclosure of anything that could have a material effect on the value or desireablity of real property, accornding to Ca.Civ.Code 1102.1
