i need to get power of attorney papers for a realease of property.a.s.a.p. my friend got arrrested n the car he eas in is mine but its in his name n i cant get it out with out this form how can i do this

Why can you not have him sign whatever papers the storage company needs and pay them what they demand. Your friend needs to give you some ID and state in writing that you can pick up the car.
