Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California
My previous property manager has been withholding the last month rental payment for more than 1.5 month. I have send email reminder to him twice for the payment but he just ignored me. Futhermore, I found out from my tenants that this PM has charged me overa thousand dollars for some repairs which actually do not existed. What can I do to get these money back?

You can take the landlord to small claims court. The person (or entity) to sue is the landlord, not the property manager.
