Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California
regarding my previous question; what if that home and or property belongs to real estate? and no one has come by to even check up on the property for over one year now?

There is no such thing in California as "abandoned" real estate in the sense that it has no owner. Someone owns every square inch of the state. It may be the state or local government, or it may be the last private person or entity to have purchased it, or the owner may be a lender that has foreclosed. However, I can assure you that ALL property in California has an owner, and that owner has certain rights and responsibilities that include the right to hold others (non owners) liable for trespass.
It would help me to answer your question if I knew what your previous question was. I answer anywhere from 3 to 10 questions on here a day, during down times, and I have no idea what your previous question was.
