Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

Private lender on mobile home

I am horribly upside down on a mobile home I purchased froma private party who carries the note. Space rent in the park is exhorbitant and I cannot afford it any longer. I want to offer the home back to the seller/lender, but don't know what to do - legally.

Re: Private lender on mobile home

Contact the person you bought the mobile home from and explain your situation. Tell them that unfortunately you cannot continue to pay the space rent and the payments on the mobile home. That you will cooperate with them to resell the mobile home.
