Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California
private property
Does private property have to state if
a permit is required to park. Example
condo parking area, no signs are
posted stated that parking is for
residences only or parking is by
permit only, but there is a sign that
states that it is private property, do
they have a right to tow a vehicle?

Re: private property
It depends upon local ordinances. But, you may not park on private property with impunity.
