Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

Probate sale

Our offer was accepted on a probate sale. We paid for all inspections, put down earnest money and signed all papers. we understand anyone can come in at the court proceedings and offer more ~ but can the listing agent continue to show the house after we have signed a contract adn are awaiting a date in court? We have incurred a lot of fees and have $30,000 tied up for up to 6 weeks.
