what is the process to amend a complaint a 2nd time in the CA superior court? The property description was not properly stated in the complaint, to record a lis pendis

You need to file a Motion to Amend, if the adverse party will not agree to stipulate. If they do a gree, both sign a stipulation and submit to the Court for an Order.

If you've already amended once, you will have to file a motion for leave to either amend the complaint or file a second amended complaint.
