property damage

what happens if you are charged with

property damage?

my husband was having a bad day,

someone's car was blocking our

driveway and he hit the side of their

car.

He should let the other person know, and suggest that they get and provide him with a couple of estimates for repair. He could either pay out-of-pocket for the repair or report it to his insurance carrier to pay. They will require your husband to pay the deductible, however.
