do not add anyone to the deed on your home unless you fully explain the issue to an attorney and receive advice - you can get yourself into a lot of trouble by doing this and must know the consequences. This is something no one will answer here as it is a mine field. Call your local bar association and ask for a referral there are usually cheap consultations available by member attorneys.
