Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

We have a property under a family trust, and the title is my wife, grandmother and I, as tenants in common. There was a contract made from my grandmother to me and my wife to sell the house to us. Now, my grandmother is trying to sell the house from under our feet. Is there anyway we can stop this because of the contract? All the contract states is that she will sell the house to us for the amount agreed
