property

My husband and my name is on deed of house in living trust. My husband passed away 10/29/08 and I want to take his name off and add my sons name. How do I do this?

The trust may have became irrevocable upon the death of your husband. That may prevent you from making the requested change.

There are many problems that can be created by adding your sons names to the deed. It can also cause serious tax problems.
