What are my legal options when someone puts a mobil home that is partly on my property?

1. Ask them to remove it.

2. Send them a letter telling them to remove it.

3. File a law suit, and force them to remove it.

You can commence an action for trespass and can seek to compel their removal of the mobile unit.

If it has encroached on your property for more than 5 years without any action on your part to have it removed, they may have obtained an easement under adverse possession.
