property line
I inherited a house from my mother, her neighbor built a brick fence on this side of the property line before my mom died. The house is for sale now, do I need to let the realtor know that the fence is part of my property? they cant get into their garage without the extra few feet, and I am not interested in taking it back, but if they rebuild I want them to give it back, what is the best way to handle this?

I am not sure where the property line is, but I have litigated property line disputes repeatedly before and know the area of law well. Your property may be worth more if the property line issue is clear. Let me know if you would like to consult with me.
