Property line has been violated.

Neighor has gone beyond property line with cement work. What can be done?

You may sue for tresspass and have him remove it or lease the land to him. Please be aware that if you do nothing, the portion of your land imposed upon may be deemed to be his due to the doctrine of adverse possession. Contact me directly.

You can obtain a court order to remove the offending material and/or obtain a judgment for any diminishment in the value of your property. You can also bring in a contractor to cut the concrete that is on your property and sue in small claims for the cost. Make a demand first, though, on your neighbor to cut and remove the concrete.
