Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California
Property lines
My neighbor insists I am 2 inches onto her property with a small lattice fence I put up and has called local police who want no part of this. Local planning dept no help. She has no survey or other proof but threatens to tear my fence down. What do I do without spending $? What if she tears it down?

Without spending money? Nothing. If she tears it down you can sue her for trespass and destruction of private property. You may want to suggest with your neighbor that you split the cost of a survey to establish where the property line is.
