Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California

I own some property in Los Angeles County Ca. I have received orders to clean up the property which I have done. I still continue to receive orders that state that if I dont comply the county would do the work and or fine me. I spoke with the investigator that informed me that she had surveyed the property and the list of infractions didnt exist with the exception of some tires left on the property. I asked why there had been a hearing to correct these infractions when she inspected th property days before and identified that the majority of the issues had been rectified. She stated that the county didnt have the time to update files. How do I contest this? Do I have a suit based on the fact that I acted in good faith and cleaned up the area, the inspector stated that she had inspected the area 3 days before the court hearing and identified that the work had been done with the exception of the tires and still issued an order to do work she knew that was completed?

Your priorities are incredibly misplaced. You need to be concerned about defending yourself at an administrative hearing at which the County of Los Angeles may obtain fines and levy against your property.
