property tax lien sale requirements

land sold for past due property taxes:

Is title conveyed instantly?

is there a mandatory redemtion period allowing to repay the buyer?

Is the lien sale buyer required to accept such re-payment?

In California, the period to redeem from a tax default ends

the day before the sale. Title is conveyed upon the recording of

the tax sale deed. The buyer is not required to accept any repayment.
