protecting my kids

my husband is a 1/3 owner of the a property that he inherit when his father past away years ago. we were already married when this happened. my question is if something ever happened to my husband who gets his 1/3 of the property. is it the brother and sister or our children. please let me know.

You can't protect your kids. The property is your husband's and he can and will do with it as he wants. If he does not have a will and the property is not owned in joint tenancy, and if he is not married and his parents are not alive when he dies, your children will inherit.
