Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California
Purchased home in Calif. last month. Just found out that seller had next door neighbor arrested for burglary of sellers home. Next door neighbor is convicted felon. Still lives there off and on. Seller did not disclose that local burglar lived next door. Was it mandatory that seller disclosed this fact. Frightened to live there.

If the seller knew about this, the seller should have disclosed it. Can you prove the seller knew about it?
