I purchased a house in 1998 with a partner they Owens 10% and I Owens 90 %,in 2002 I was going thrue a devorce under a lot of stress they said they wanted to sell I agreed after the house sold I was going there a difficult time in my life and not thinking they got 50% I call them to let them know they only were only to get 10% they would not give me my $ back there is a contracted that we wrote between us I know I've wanted a long time to take any action is there any thing I could do

No. If someone violates a contract with you, you only have four years to take legal action.
