Legal Question in Real Estate Law in California
Put an offer a property that is being sold as a short sale. Currently owners are renting the property and hired a property management company. Tenants lease runs through January 2013 and don't want to move out prior to end of lease. Could I change the terms and conditions of the lease if I close escrow on this property such as the term of the lease, deposit, etc.?
